This week I featured Deepak Mehta on the Superframeworks website.

He acquired 2 products back in 2022 - Action.so and ChartMat.com

Grew them, and then sold them both in 2023 and 2024 respectively.

Both were sold for 5 figures.

I asked him what was his advice for someone looking to acquire and flip a micro business.

• Verify the numbers yourself

• Gauge the seller and only buy if they’re willing to support you
