Hey what do you think of this? I’m trying out a new format from this week.

For the last 3+ years this newsletter has been a long form newsletter, with a focus on deep dive case studies.

But I want to experiment with a shorter format, especially in the email.

The case studies will still exist - but on the website. The emails will be short and sweet, with less than 1 minute read time.

I’ll focus on 1 or 2 core ideas, and the rest you can always read on the website.

Hope you like it.

Now, let’s get started with the story of Tally -

It's 2025. Want to finally be a regular podcast guest in your industry? PodPitch will make it happen. Even the beehiiv team uses it!

The best way to advertise isn't Meta or Google – it's appearing on podcasts your customers love.

PodPitch.com automates thousands of weekly emails for you, pitching your team as ideal guests.

Big brands like Feastables use PodPitch.com instead of expensive PR agencies.

Stories like Tally are great, but I’m also looking to share more stories of small successes and early stage wins of bootstrapped founders, creators and indie hackers.

I believe they can be even more inspirational and insightful in our journey.

I’ve already got a few featured stories lined up in the next couple of weeks.
